You can change the email address associated with your Credit Savvy account directly through the ‘Account & Security’ page on your account. Some guidance on how to do this is included below:
- Log in to your Credit Savvy account
- Navigate to the Account & Security page and authenticate your account
- Click on the email address field to update to a new email address
- Once you have done so, we will send an email (to your new email address) to confirm that the change has been made
- Please ensure you click the link in the email to authorise the change
