You can change the email address associated with your Credit Savvy account directly through the ‘Personal Information’ page on your account. Some guidance on how to do this is included below:
- Log in to your Credit Savvy account
- Navigate to the ‘Personal Information’ page and authenticate your account
- Click on the email address field to update to a new email address
- Once you have done so, we will send an email (to your new email address) to confirm that the change has been made
- Please ensure you click the link in the email to authorise the change
